Is every MARACHIC product one of a kind?The collection includes both one-of-a-kind objects and repeatable forms. Information about whether a product is unique is always provided in its description.
Can the jewelry differ from the photos shown?Yes. MARACHIC jewelry is made from natural materials, so each piece may vary in grain, color, or detail. Photos show a representative example.
What materials are used?I work primarily with wood and other natural materials. Visible grain, texture, and small variations are natural characteristics of the material and part of the design.
Authenticity
Are the products signed?Yes. All MARACHIC products are signed or otherwise identifiable as studio works.
When is a certificate of authenticity included?A certificate of authenticity is included only with artistic objects. Jewelry does not come with certificates; its character and specifications are described on the product page.
Custom orders
Do you accept custom orders?Yes. I accept custom orders for both jewelry and interior objects.
How can I request a custom order?For custom orders, please contact me via the contact form or by email. Each project is discussed individually before work begins.
Purchases & returns
Can I return a purchased object?Yes. Unique objects purchased through the online store can be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
Can I return a custom-made product?No. Products made to individual order are not eligible for return.
