MARACHIC Online Store Terms and Conditions
§ 1. General information
1. The MARACHIC online store is operated by Marta Bartkowska, conducting business with its registered office at Księżno 17, 14-405 Księżno, Poland, email address: marachic@marachic.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.
2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at www.marachic.pl, including the rules for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the store, hereinafter referred to as “Customers”.
4. Information published on the store’s website constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code.
§ 2. Rules for using the store
1. Using the store requires reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Customer is obliged to use the store in compliance with applicable laws and generally accepted principles of conduct.
3. It is prohibited to provide unlawful content or content that may disrupt the functioning of the store.
§ 3. Placing orders and conclusion of the contract
1. Orders may be placed via the website www.marachic.pl or by email at marachic@marachic.pl.
2. The sales contract is concluded at the moment the Customer receives confirmation of acceptance of the order for processing by email.
3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order in the event of non-payment or provision of incorrect data.
§ 4. Order processing time and delivery
1. The standard order processing time is up to 7 business days, unless the product description states otherwise.

§ 5. Prices and payments
1. All prices listed in the store are gross prices and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
2. Available payment methods are indicated during the order process.
§ 6. Complaints and withdrawal from the contract
1. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, except for products made to individual order or personalized.
3. Products made to individual order or with personalization are not eligible for return.
§ 7. Personal data protection
1. The controller of personal data is Marta Bartkowska.
2. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws.
§ 8. Final provisions
1. Polish law applies to contracts concluded via the store.
2. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication on the store’s website.
