Privacy & Cookies Policy
This Policy sets out the principles of processing personal data and the use of cookies in the MARACHIC online store, available at www.marachic.pl, in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

- fulfilling accounting and tax obligations,
- conducting marketing activities only where separate consent has been granted (e.g., newsletter).
Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) GDPR – for the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interests of the controller. For marketing activities and analytical and advertising tools, the legal basis is the user’s voluntary consent.
Data Recipients
Personal data may be shared with entities responsible for order delivery, payment operators, accounting service providers, technical infrastructure providers, and providers of analytical and marketing tools – only to the extent necessary to perform their services.
Data Retention Period
Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and thereafter for the time required by law or until the limitation period for potential claims expires.
Rights of Data Subjects
Individuals whose data is processed have the right to:

- rectify or erase their data,
- restrict processing,

- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal),
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Analytical and Advertising Tools
The Controller uses analytical and marketing tools provided by Google Ireland Ltd., in particular:
- Google Analytics 4 – for traffic analysis and understanding how users interact with the website,
- Google Ads – for running advertising campaigns and remarketing.
These tools use cookies and other tracking technologies that may collect data such as IP address, device identifiers, website activity data, and information about browser and operating system.
Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States in accordance with applicable data protection safeguards.
Prior consent is required before activating analytical and marketing tools. Until such consent is granted, tracking scripts are not executed.
